Who we are
Cloud Parallax is a premium software engineering company. We build bespoke software, cloud native infrastructure, and SaaS products for European and UK businesses — and we hold every piece of work to a standard most development organisations don't reach.
We work with a deliberately select number of clients at any time. That's a choice, not a constraint: it means every engagement gets senior-level attention, every codebase meets our quality bar, and every client has direct access to the engineers who built their product.
Software built to last.
The default in the industry is software built to deadline, not to standard. It ships on time and then spends the next two years accumulating technical debt until it's easier to rewrite than maintain. We've built our entire practice around the alternative: getting it right the first time.
Partnership means accountability.
Too many client-agency relationships are built around deliverables and invoices, not outcomes. We work differently: direct communication, weekly accountability, early escalation of risks, and engineers who are personally invested in whether your product succeeds.
Our Values in Practice
What we believe, and how it shows up in our work.
Honesty before comfort
If your proposed approach has a problem, we'll tell you before we build it — not after. Straight answers are more valuable than comfortable ones.
Senior engineers throughout
Not assigned at the start for credibility and replaced with juniors for the actual build. Senior engineers on every project, from discovery to delivery.
Documentation that works
A codebase handover isn't a ceremony — it's a responsibility. Your team should be able to understand, extend, and maintain what we built without us as a dependency.
Quality as a baseline
Clean architecture, comprehensive tests, and long-term maintainability are included in every engagement. Not a premium tier.
Cloud native by design
Observability, resilience, and cost efficiency are built in, not bolted on. We design cloud native from day one.
